On July 7, 2023, a group of 21 people, including a doctoral team from Shanxi University of Science and Technology and Taiyuan Normal University, led by the Xinzhou Municipal Government and Mayor Zhang Weihua of Yuanping City, visited Shanxi Dongchang Industrial Co., Ltd. for a collaborative research and development investigation on school-enterprise cooperation.
On July 7, 2023, a group of 21 people, including a doctoral team from Shanxi University of Science and Technology and Taiyuan Normal University, led by the Xinzhou Municipal Government and Mayor Zhang Weihua of Yuanping City, visited Shanxi Dongchang Industrial Co., Ltd. to conduct a joint research and development survey on school-enterprise cooperation. In the meeting room of Shanxi Dongchang Industrial Co., Ltd., relevant government departments and company management personnel conducted in-depth discussions and negotiations on multi-faceted integrated development, including cooperation projects, talent retention, and joint research and development. They offered suggestions on talent introduction in Yuanping City and the development of the "provincial coal machinery professional town." Government departments involved exchanged views and consulted with project leaders and the doctoral team from the two universities on the development and projects of relevant enterprises in Yuanping.
Shanxi Dongchang Industrial Co., Ltd. exchanged views and discussed school-enterprise cooperation, talent needs, and support from university professional teams for the company's development projects. This on-site survey reflects the government's and universities' support for the implementation and capacity building of enterprise development projects.
As a "specialized, refined, and new" small giant enterprise and a provincial and municipal "technology innovation center," Shanxi Dongchang Industrial Co., Ltd. is at the forefront of the integrated development of the coal machinery industry in Yuanping.
