On August 21, the Federation of Industry and Commerce of Yuanping City took the lead in organizing a "Symposium for Manufacturers of Mining Equipment Products," bringing together key enterprises from the coal machinery industry. The meeting was chaired by Li Meixiang, Director of the National Safety Certification Center for Mining Products (hereafter referred to as "Anbiao National Center"), while Yang Zhixin, Chairman of the Yuanping City Federation of Industry and Commerce and CEO of Shanxi Dongchang Industrial Co., Ltd., attended and delivered a speech.

Senior technical experts from Anbiao National Center and the Taiyuan Testing Center, along with representatives from the Yuanping Coal Machinery Association and more than 50 enterprise delegates, also participated in the event.
At the meeting, representatives from the National Certification Center and the Taiyuan Testing Center provided authoritative insights on hot topics such as "New Trends in Anbiao Reform and Development," "Integrated Audit Process for Certification," "Latest Requirements of Coal Mine Safety Regulations," and "Key Milestones in Technical Review." Participating companies engaged in face-to-face discussions with the expert panel regarding common issues like the efficiency of Anbiao application processes and the applicability of testing standards. The interaction was lively and dynamic, with precise and insightful Q&A sessions.
In his speech, Yang Zhixin emphasized that the safety of mining products is the lifeline of mine production. Private enterprises must proactively adapt to the new requirements of safety certification management and increase investment in technological research and development, striving to establish an even stronger defense for product quality and safety based on higher standards. He also stated that the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce will set up a "Special Task Force for Issue Feedback," systematically identifying and addressing enterprise concerns before submitting them directly to the National Center for Safety Certification. This initiative will continuously drive the optimization of the review process, ensuring that the federation’s commitment to "promoting prosperity through service" is effectively put into practice.
After the symposium, the National Certification Center and staff from the Taiyuan Testing Center conducted in-depth field visits to multiple production sites, providing on-the-spot consultations tailored to each enterprise’s specific needs, thereby further enhancing the precision of their services. Attendees from participating companies generally praised the meeting as practical and efficient, noting that it offered a clear roadmap for overcoming challenges in obtaining safety certifications—and also injected fresh momentum into the high-quality development of the Yuanping coal machinery industry.
