In this fast-paced era, continuous self-improvement and keeping up with industry trends are key to success. According to recent surveys, there are knowledge gaps in the design and selection calculation of belt conveyors in Shanmei Group's various mines. To help our mining enterprises better master the essence of professional knowledge and skills and practical operation skills of belt conveyors, our company has carefully prepared a professional and valuable user training session.
This training will be held from September 4th to 6th. We have invited Professor Meng Wenjun, a senior expert in the industry; a professional lecturer team including Yu Xiaoming, Gao Junyang, and other senior engineers from our company, Yin Renqiang, Li Zisheng, etc. They possess rich practical experience and profound theoretical knowledge, bringing a feast of knowledge to leaders of major mining enterprises.
This training includes theoretical and practical training, covering the selection, characteristics, structural principles, installation, debugging, and operation and maintenance standards of mine belt conveyors (main components, various protections, matching frequency converters, and electrical control devices). In the practical aspect, trainees will come to our company for operational drills, including equipment inspection, daily maintenance, frequency converter fault diagnosis, protection installation and debugging, belt deviation adjustment, joint commissioning and debugging, etc. From in-depth analysis of the product to case studies of practical application scenarios, the training connects theory with practice, aiming to enhance the practical operation and problem-solving abilities of users from various mining enterprises.
Through this training and assessment, the relevant personnel from the thirteen mines' electromechanical departments and machinery and transportation teams of Shanmei International Energy Group Co., Ltd. will have a certain understanding of the theory and practice of belt conveyors. We hope that personnel from various mining enterprises can better apply this knowledge to actual production, empowering the mining enterprises.
