Time bears witness to our struggles, and years forge glory. 2024 marked the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and a year of high-quality development and fruitful achievements. Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and fully implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, we successfully completed our annual goals. We produced 6080 tons of welded parts, 214,072 rollers, and over 1000 drums.

Scaling new heights, technological innovation brings frequent good news. In 2024, the company continued to strengthen strategic cooperation in science and technology, fostering collaboration and innovation. In July, we joined forces with Taiyuan University of Technology and Shanxi University of Engineering and Technology on the Xinzhou key R&D project in advanced intelligent manufacturing, "Key Technology of Magnetic Fluid Sealing for Mine Belt Conveyors." Seven invention patents and one utility model patent applied for by the company have entered the substantive examination stage and are expected to be approved in June. Our company passed the re-examination and acceptance of the "National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Specialized, Refined, Special, and New Small Giant Enterprises"; we received the "National Coal Association Member Unit" award from the China Coal Machinery Industry Association and became a "production base of China Coal Technology Engineering Group Shanghai Co., Ltd.". These achievements are a testament to the dedicated efforts of every Dongchang employee. These honors are the fruits of the wisdom and sweat of all employees, and are a result of all Dongchang people working together shoulder to shoulder and hand in hand to achieve our continued progress. We showcased our products at exhibitions, expanding our customer base. Throughout 2024, the company continued to increase brand promotion and publicity activities, participating in four major coal machinery equipment exhibitions: May 23-25 Gansu International Mining (Energy) and Equipment Technology Exhibition; July 3-5 The Second Shanxi Characteristic Specialized Town Investment and Trade Expo Datong Exhibition; July 18-20 The 19th China Xinjiang International Coal Industry Expo; November 5-8 Shanghai International Heavy Machinery Equipment Exhibition. Our various roller products received unanimous praise from industry experts and users. In 2025, the company has already booked exhibition booths for four exhibitions: April 22-24, the 22nd Taiyuan Coal (Energy) Industry Technology and Equipment Exhibition; May 18-20, 2025 China Guizhou International Energy Industry Expo; June 24-26, Ordos International Coal and Energy Industry Expo; October 28-31, the 21st China International Coal Mining Technology Exchange and Equipment Exhibition.

We continuously deepen the implementation of "innovation-driven, strengthening the main business." Throughout 2024, the company's informatization work reached a new level, streamlining the online process for production material requisition. The first project production work order number 23-078B went online via Jin Coal Logistics. In 2024, a total of 48 informatization projects went online. Although we encountered many difficulties, after coordination and improvement, the online processes were basically cleared. The gradual improvement of informatization work laid a solid foundation for the company's digital and intelligent development in 2025. The company focused on learning and training to enhance capabilities. We participated in six social lectures organized by the Yuanping Municipal Government, and key company leaders and middle managers participated in the training. The company also held more than ten training sessions internally, covering welder skills, bidding practices, 6S management, production safety, drug addiction prevention, and quality improvement. Through training, company management levels have significantly improved, workshop site management has been greatly improved, product quality awareness has gradually increased, and team collaboration has been effectively strengthened.

We prioritize service and empower through training. To better serve our users and strengthen technical exchange and cooperation, the company organized three technical exchange and training sessions: September 4-7, Shanxi International Mine Belt Conveyor Special Training at Xinzhou Panhua Hotel; December 13-15 Yangquan Nanmei Group and Shanxi Shixin Railway Belt Conveyor Special Training; November 30 - December 2, Ningwu Shenda Group Belt Conveyor Training. More than 100 people from the electromechanical equipment departments of various coal mines participated in the technical exchange training. Experts and professors from Shanghai Huaxin and Taiyuan University of Technology, as well as our company's sales, technology, and after-sales departments, conducted detailed and thorough work for the technical exchange training. Feedback from Shanxi International, Nanmei Group, and Shenda Group indicated that the training was well-received.

We promote university-enterprise collaboration for shared innovation and success. Throughout 2024, the company continued to strengthen strategic cooperation in science and technology. In July, we joined forces with Taiyuan University of Technology and Shanxi University of Engineering and Technology on the Xinzhou key R&D project in advanced intelligent manufacturing, "Key Technology of Magnetic Fluid Sealing for Mine Belt Conveyors." Seven invention patents and one utility model patent applied for by the company have entered the substantive examination stage and are expected to be approved by the end of June. In 2024, the company focused on recruiting young talent, participating in large-scale recruitment events held by the Shanxi Provincial Talent Center and Taiyuan University of Technology. Currently, five university graduates have joined the company's important technical and quality inspection positions.

We practice 6S to improve efficiency. Throughout 2024, the company carried out a series of financial standardization work and standardized various business processes and approval systems. Various production workshops conducted preliminary work on 6S basic management. While some achievements have been made, there is still a significant gap from standardized 6S management. In the first half of 2025, the focus of the workshops will be to complete various production tasks while continuing to improve employee working conditions, creating a safe, efficient, healthy, and comfortable work environment, ensuring the optimal state of people, materials, and locations, and forming a good corporate culture. Factors affecting product quality and work quality will be under control, achieving a truly standardized level of 6S on-site management.

The drums beat to urge us forward; we raise our sails to ride the waves. 2025 is the concluding year of the 14th Five-Year Plan. We will adhere to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thoroughly implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, fully implement the work arrangements of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, deepen the implementation of the "1245" overall development strategy, adhere to the "innovation-driven, strengthening the main business" strategy, and uphold the purpose of "creating value for customers and happiness for employees." We will uphold the scientific and technological innovation concept of "pursuing truth, exploring mysteries, daring to innovate, and patriotic sentiment," accelerate the construction of a first-class science and technology-strong enterprise, and make new and greater contributions to better serving the high-quality development of the new era coal industry.
